Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order Mayrif Series books from Mayrif Group through this website, WhatsApp or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The books and the price

  • Mayrif Series books are sold by subject combination (Science, Engineering, Social Science & Management, Arts & Law). Each combination comes with a free printed JUPEB Pass Key, which has no cash value. Single subjects are not sold separately.
  • The price is ₦12,500 per combination, plus delivery. You can order several combinations in one order.
  • Prices are in Nigerian naira and may change. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

2. Placing an order and paying

  • When you place an order you receive an order reference. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment in our bank account. Uploading or sending a receipt does not confirm payment on its own: we check every payment against our bank account.
  • Pay by bank transfer to the account shown after you order, using your order reference as the narration.
  • Orders that are not paid within 5 days may be cancelled automatically. If you paid and your order was cancelled, contact us with your receipt and we will restore it.

3. Pre-orders

If a combination is out of stock, the website marks it as a pre-order. We dispatch pre-orders as soon as new copies are printed and keep you updated. If we have not dispatched your pre-order within 14 days of your payment, you may cancel it for a full refund.

4. Delivery

  • Within Osun State: on the day you order or within 1 to 2 days.
  • Other states: 2 to 4 days.
  • These are estimates and start once your payment is confirmed. Courier delays, public holidays or events outside our control can add time.
  • Orders of up to 3 books pay the delivery fee for your state shown at checkout. For 4 or more books we agree the delivery fee with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
  • Please give a correct address and a phone number that is reachable. If a delivery fails because of wrong details or no answer, a new delivery fee may apply.

5. Damaged, missing or wrong books

Check your parcel when it arrives. If a book is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will replace it free of charge.

6. Returns and cancellations

  • Because past-question books can be copied once opened, we do not accept returns after delivery, except for damaged, missing or wrong books as in section 5.
  • You can cancel a paid order before it is dispatched for a full refund, paid by bank transfer within 5 working days.
  • Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

7. Referral codes

  • After your order is paid you receive your own referral code. A friend who uses it gets a discount on their order, and you earn a cash reward for each of their orders that is paid. The current amounts are shown with your code and may change; the amounts at the time of the friend's order apply.
  • You cannot use your own code, and a referral code cannot be combined with a partner code.
  • Rewards are earned only on paid orders that are not cancelled or refunded. We pay rewards by bank transfer.
  • We may switch off codes that are misused (for example fake orders or self-referrals) and cancel rewards earned that way.

8. Partner codes (bulk orders)

Lecturers, schools and partners may receive a partner code from us. It gives lower prices per book depending on the total number of books in one order. Partner codes are personal to the partner, cannot be combined with referral codes, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Copyright

Mayrif Series books, covers, worked answers, explanations and the JUPEB Pass Key are © Mayrif Group. You may use them for your own study. Do not copy, scan, photocopy, share or resell them, in print or online, without our written permission.

JUPEB is the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board. Mayrif Series is an independent publication and is not produced or endorsed by JUPEB.

10. Our responsibility

We work hard to make our books accurate and helpful, but we cannot guarantee any exam result. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
